Each silver pendant is handmade, from the high-temperature melting of silver beads into silver liquid to cooling and solidification, forging into shape, forming natural textures, engraving customized content, vulcanization and aging, all handmade, the production period is 2-3 days.

About customization:

Both sides of the silver medallion can be engraved.
Engraving content can include uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers, or simple symbols/patterns.
Due to the complexity of engraving images or custom patterns, please contact customer service in advance to confirm feasibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Each character is individually hand-stamped by an experienced craftsman using steel punches.
As a result, the letters may show slight variations in alignment, spacing, or angle — this is a unique characteristic of handmade work and will not be as uniform as machine engraving.

By default, the pendant will be finished with an antique (oxidized) style and without the S999 hallmark.
This is because each customer’s engraving content varies in position and quantity, and the hallmark may affect the overall appearance.
If you require a different finish or would like the S999 stamp added, please contact customer service before placing your order.

This product is made-to-order, with a production time of approximately 2–3 days.
As a personalized item, it cannot be resold or repurposed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless in the case of craftsmanship defects.
If a return or exchange is absolutely necessary, a 60% labor fee based on the order price will be charged.

Please note that this is a fully handcrafted piece — minor imperfections or tool marks are normal and contribute to the piece’s character and uniqueness.
These traces of craftsmanship give the pendant its distinct beauty and irreplaceable value.
