• There is no fixed template or design for engraving. If needed, we can provide a rough layout for confirmation, or you can sketch a basic layout on paper. The craftsman will adjust the size and spacing of letters or numbers according to the dimensions of the tag. Both sides are available for engraving.
• Engraving can include uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, or Chinese characters. Standard engraving uses serif steel stamps. For other fonts, please provide a clear reference image. The default design does not include the “S999” stamp—if needed, please contact customer service to add it.
• Each silver tag is handcrafted and naturally textured during the hammering process. We only polish sharp edges without over-finishing, preserving its raw and organic beauty. Every piece is carefully made, requiring about 2–3 days for production.
• This is a made-to-order item. As such, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If a return is absolutely necessary, 30% of the order value will be charged as labor cost.
• Due to its handmade nature, slight imperfections and signs of craftsmanship are to be expected—these are what make each piece uniquely valuable. Please order with care if you seek machine-made perfection.
