A penny is a British currency auxiliary unit, and each coin denomination may be different.
“There were sixpences all over the place, and he looked up at the moon.”
May you have nothing but luck and fulfillment in your life.

A ring with vintage coin elements, reminiscent of Maugham’s novel, may you also be able to wear it and go after your own “moon” – ideally, may we “have a sixpence in our hand and a moon in our heart”!

Sixpence is a symbol of luck in England, and some families would pass the same sixpence from generation to generation, so that the coin came to mean Lucky Coin.

Each piece is melted by the fire of foot silver, from solid to liquid, dissolving and evaporating the excess impurities, and then poured, filed and repaired, depopulated, refined in detail, aged and polished, and finally shaped by these iterative processes.

Remember to use a thin wire to measure. When measuring your finger, remember to pull the thin wire tight.
If you don’t have a thin wire, you can use a piece of paper instead.

1. Prepare tools: a ruler, a pen, a thin line

2. Wrap a thin thread around the wearer’s finger, pulling it slightly tighter

3. Use a pen to mark where the thin lines intersect!

4. Measure the length of the thin wire and compare it with the inner circumference in the table below to find out the diameter of the inner ring.

4.Shipping and Delivery

We try our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible. After placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not from the date of the order.

Delivery times are indicative only and are dependent on the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order.

For standard shipping, orders shipped from China will be delivered within 7-28 business days. For orders shipped within the United States, delivery will occur within 3-10 days.

-Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

-Delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and items ordered.

5. Tracking Options

Silver Vint aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the entire shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country/region. Delivery delays may occur if your country’s customs department randomly selects your package.

Silver Vint is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred on your order. We have no control over the delivery and importation of your order

(parcel) shipping and importation to your country or additional costs associated with your order. We do not benefit in any way from these chargers and we work closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure delays are minimized.

All fees charged during or after transportation are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs requirements or other similar taxes, fees, levies, costs or charges associated with importing the products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

7. Damages

If there is any damage to the package upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception.

We have found that more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Silver Vint politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you have not located your order, please contact us to report missing or lost packages.

Refund policy

We gladly accept returns

-Send items back within 14 calendar days of delivery

Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned/refunded

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept the following returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Gift cards

-Specials/discounted items health and personal care items

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable shipping service. If the item does not reach us or is not returned in its original condition

(e.g. damaged in transit, unsaleable), no refunds will be issued.

Refunds

Shipping costs for original shipments are non-refundable. Since shipping is included in the price of our products, we will advise of the shipping costs incurred.

If receiving, inspection and restocking fees (charged by your local warehouse) are required, these fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the available refund amount.

In short, you will not receive a full refund when you return your item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will let you know if the return is in good condition (not damaged in transit) and approve/reject your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

Damages and Problems

Please check your order and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if:

-The item is defective

-It was damaged in transit

-Received the wrong item

so that we can assess the problem and correct it. If the required proof is provided and accepted, we will send a replacement.

It is not necessary to return defective, damaged or incorrect items.

FAQ

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

If we have the item in the US, it will ship within 1-3 business days. Otherwise, it will ship within 3-10 business days from overseas.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If this happens to you, please send us a message within 3 days of receiving the item. The message should contain:

1. your order number

2. an image of the damaged product in its original packaging

3. an image of the package label

4. an image of the shipping box

In most cases, we will send replacements. An exception is when a buyer tries to glue a broken item and shows us a photo of the glued item. Note: We need photos of the damaged item in the original packaging.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs using a traceable shipping service.

What if I provided the wrong address?

If the order has not yet shipped, we are happy to update the address accordingly. If the order has already shipped, there is little we can do. Sorry!

What if the tracking shows that the item was delivered but I didn’t receive it?

For every item sent, there is a tracking link shared with the buyer. If you do not receive the item delivered, please contact us within 5 days of the “delivery” date (shown on the tracking link).

If the item is delivered by local postal service, it will be faster for the buyer to check at the local post office. Otherwise, we will contact the relevant logistics company to sort out the matter and update the buyer.

What if the delivery fails and the item is returned to the sender?

Logistics companies will usually attempt several deliveries or wait long enough for collection before deciding to return to sender. Any ‘return to sender’ items will not be reshipped. Upon payment of the redelivery fee, we will reship the returned item to the new/correct address.

This is a completed transaction as the order has been fulfilled. It is out of our control that no one is at the given address to receive the shipment. The buyer should always be ready/able to receive the item and ensure that the logistics company can reach the address provided.

Can you provide an exact delivery date or guarantee delivery by a specific date?

We would like to, but we can only provide an estimate as many factors are out of our control, such as flight schedules, speed of customs clearance, local postal efficiency in your area, etc.

Whenever possible, we will share the local postal tracking information for your area can request a text/email notification and find out when the package will be delivered.
