There is no fixed template or design draft for the engraving. If needed, we can create a simple layout preview for your reference—or you can sketch your own rough layout on paper.

Based on the content you provide, our artisan will adjust the letter/number size and spacing according to the actual dimensions of the silver pendant. Both sides can be engraved.

Engravings can include uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers, or Chinese characters.
By default, we use classic block letter steel stamps. If you prefer a different font, please send a clear reference image.

This is a made-to-order handcrafted item. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Because it cannot be resold and labor cannot be recovered, returns are not accepted by default. If a return is absolutely necessary, 30% of the order value will be charged as a labor fee.

Due to the handmade nature, minor imperfections or handmade marks may appear—but this is precisely what gives each piece its unique character and irreplaceable value.
